The requirements were quite specific. The usual safe tried and tested “London” look wasn’t going to work for this client. The project needed exclusivity and a uniqueness of character and personality, with both the client and the local area taken into account. The overall finish was to blend harmoniously, providing a comfortable luxurious family home, to be enjoyed in private in a climate hot during the summer months and chilly during winter.
The home is laid out on the ground floor only, surrounded by a super size swimming pool and large areas of mature gardens, including olive trees and tall palms.
